BPY Students Score High and Receive Honors in Noetic Math Contest

Ben Porat Yosef had several students in grades two through eight participate in the spring Noetic Learning Math Competition sponsored by Noetic Learning. This contest is held twice during the year, with over 30,000 students participating and competing on grade level. The purpose of the organization and contest is to inspire students’ interest in math. Each grade-level contest comprises 20 math questions to be answered in 45 minutes, with many of the problems being challenging and involving logic, higher order thinking and deductive reasoning. This year, BPY students shined in both the fall and spring contests, receiving high scores and high honors for their math ability.
