Linking Northern and Central NJ, Bronx, Manhattan, Westchester and CT

To bring in the new year on a sweet note, the BPY sixth grade class was lucky enough to embark on a trip full of team building fun at Ring Homestead on the Thursday prior to Rosh Hashanah. Nestled in the woods of upstate New York, the students were immersed in a day of team building activities, rope course adventures and a gourmet barbeque prepared by BPY’s own Morah Shoshana and Morah Dina. The sixth graders displayed amazing energy, enthusiasm and middot throughout the trip. It was incredible to see so much growth in many of the students over the course of the day. While there were some very nervous rope climbers, each and every student faced their fears and had their classmates cheering them on and patiently coaching them through the more challenging parts of the course. What a tremendous start of the year for the newest members of the middle school!
