Bris Avrohom and CETT Hebrew School Prepare for Pesach

(Courtesy of Bris Avrohom) On April 3, a model matzah bakery was held at CETT Hebrew School of Bris Avrohom in Fair Lawn, which is run under the direction of Rabbi Mendel and Elky Zaltzman.

The children at the school received a box containing three handmade shmurah matzos from Israel, which will allow them to make a Seder at home. Invited to the ceremony were elected officials from Bergen County.

Pictured, sitting in the middle row, center, are County Executive James Todesco III and Sheriff Anthony Cureton. Seated near them are commissioners of Bergen County, as well as the Deputy Mayor of Fair Lawn. To the extreme right are Rabbi Mordechai and Shterney Kanelsky, executive and associate directors of Bris Avrohom. Standing behind them are Rabbi Mendel and Elky Zaltman, directors of Bris Avrohom of Fair Lawn. Seated to the left is Moshe Kinderlehrer, co-publisher of The Jewish Link. To the extreme left are the talented, devoted teachers at the school who taught the children how to prepare for the holiday, how to recite the Ma Nishtana, how to conduct a proper Pesach Seder and lots of other material relating to the holiday.
