On Sunday, March 18, Bris Avrohom and Congregation Adath Israel held a joint model matzah bakery at the Bris Avrohom Center, 910 Salem Avenue, Hillside. The children witnessed and were taught about the laws of making matzah, preparing their own matzah and doing Pesach arts and crafts. Public officials from the surrounding communities joined in the event.

The event was organized by Rabbi Avremy Kanelsky, Torah education & youth director, Bris Avrohom and Shayna and Raphael Karlin, youth directors, Cong. Adath Israel.
