This year Bris Avrohom Center Cong. Shomrei Torah Ohel Yosef Yitzchok, Hillside, continued its annual tradition of celebrating Purim around the world by stopping off in China. In the evening 250 people listened to the reading of the Megilla, which was followed by a Chinese-style dinner with live music by Israeli performer Sandy Shmuely.

On Purim day, rabbis read the Megilla and distributed mishloach manot throughout the day to nursing homes and adult day care centers.
