(Courtesy of Bris Avrohom) As a preparation for Selichot it is customary in Chabad to farbreng. A farbrengen is a symbol of unity/ahavat Yisrael and it is an opportune time to wish each other blessings and to share stories from the Baal Shem Tov and our rebbes.

With the spirit of tYisrael and emunah in tzadikim we appeal to the Ribbono shel Olam as His children and request from Him that he as our Father give us and the rest of klal Yisrael a gut gebentched yar—a happy and healthy sweet new year.

In that spirit, this past Saturday night, members of Bris Avrohom Center-Cong. Shomrei Torah gathered together to hear stories from Rabbi Mordechai Kanelsky and had the opportunity to wish one another a ketivah vachatimah tova, l’shana tova u’metukah.
