A group of Chabad Lubavitch Emissaries from various cities in Ukraine: Zhytomyr, Odessa, Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia, Kamenskoye, came with a group of newly observant women who raised their own money to come visit the Lubavitch Headquarters; the Ohel, The holy resting place of the Rebbe, and the Bris Avrohom Center of Hillside. Mrs. Shterney Kanelsky uplifted and spoke to them about her self-sacrifice when leaving Russia under Communist Rule, and how they should use the opportunity of religious freedom in the Former Soviet Union of Ukraine. 

After Kanelsky spoke and dessert was served, the highlight of the event was the tour of the “Bat Sheva Chaya Esther” mikvah, where the women were inspired by the beauty of the luxurious spa like mikvah and the name of the building for whom it was named after.
