Bris Avrohom and Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey hosted a group of individuals from Jewish Family Service’s Russian Culture Club for Holocaust Survivors from the former Soviet Union for a Pre-Passover Spring Celebration. Rabbi Mordechai Kanelsky, executive director, Bris Avrohom, Hillside, spoke to the audience about the symbolism and importance of the holiday, and boxes of handmade shmurah matzahs from Israel were distributed to all. The guests were then entertained by Cantor Vadim Yucht and provided with lunch, sponsored by JFS.
