In honor of the upcoming holiday of Chanukah where Bris Avrohom will be lighting over 125 menorahs with a record of over 25 million viewers, Bris Avrohom commenced these lightings with the highest elected official in the state of New Jersey, Governor Phil Murphy.

At this meeting, Rabbi Mordechai Kanelsky spoke about increasing the light to prevail over darkness in the aftermath of Jersey City, and how on Chanukah we increase light with one more candle each night—through increasing goodness, lightness will prevail.

The governor pledged that each citizen in the state of New Jersey will be protected and be able to celebrate its traditions with happiness, and that the light will prevail over the darkness.
