A Lag BaOmer outing event in honor of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai was held at Phil Rizzuto Park. Organized by Rabbi Avremy Kanelsky, Youth and Torah Education Director of Bris Avrohom, in a spirit of unity the entire Union County community joined together with the shuls of AI, Bris Avrohom, the JEC, and Linden. The children had fun blowing up balloons, jumping on bouncy houses and slides. They said the 12 Pesukim, and enjoyed a delicious barbecue.
