(Courtesy of Bris Avrohom) Bris Avrohom, founded in 1979 by the Lubavitcher Rebbe, has for the past 44 years formed a close relationship with 35,000 individuals. Through its various activities, including brit milot, bar mitzvahs, weddings and holiday gatherings, Bris Avrohom has had the privilege to connect many to Torah and mitzvot.

At its annual dinner on Nov. 5, Bris Avrohom will present the Young Leadership Award to Yanky and Chaya Bennish for their involvement in the Bris Avrohom organization; in Congregation Shomrei Torah Ohel Yosef Yitzchok Shul where Yanky is on the board; in Cheder Yaldei Menachem where their children attend; and in Batsheva Chaya Esther Mikvah where Chaya serves on the committee.

The highlight of the event is the gala wedding and celebration of religious freedom. With God’s help, eight couples will renew their chuppahs k’das Moshe v’Yisroel.
