The students of Bruriah HS enjoyed the most magnificent Purim night festivities right in the Bruriah building! Towards the end of the Taanit Esther fast, the school buses picked students up from their neighborhoods and brought them to Bruriah for a festive Megillah reading and break-fast. They then proceeded to the Bruriah gym which had been transformed into glow-in-the-dark paradise, complete with a bowling alley and a DJ for their Throwback Purim chagiga. Decked out in their costumes, in addition to glow sticks and light up bracelets, the girls were able to sing and dance with the DJ or have some fun bowling with friends. The Purim spirit was tangible and the energy was contagious. Thank you to Yael Bleicher and Dena Lichtman for planning the most unforgettable Purim night!
