As part of the opening week festivities for Bruriah students, the juniors went to Spring Lake for a day on the beach. The girls appreciated the opportunity to relax and spend time together as school gets underway. Bonding as a grade and as new eleventh graders proved to be beneficial and refreshing. A bystander at the beach remarked, “This is the nicest day of the whole summer. Tell your principal that I think this is great that he let you guys come down here.” True to the Bruriah spirit, the girls will enjoy many more trips and enriching programs.
