Back for its second year, Bruriah launches its popular technology challenge initiative to inspire, educate and support students to make healthy choices about social media and technology. The program kicked off with a panel of discussion presenting a balanced perspective on social media and mental health. Panelists included student representatives, Yaeli Koplowitz and Chava Milgraum as well as faculty members, Hadassa Feinsod, Dena Lichtman and Baila Weisberger.
The panelists shared their personal technology journeys and how they preserve their mental health while setting boundaries regarding social media. Students participating in the program receive fun prizes and chizuk each week. This ongoing program has opened the door for continued dialogue around the impact of technology usage on mental health and wellbeing. Many thanks to the generous sponsors!
