The topic of responsible technology use is one that is constantly being discussed and parsed throughout the day at Bruriah. The school is always exploring new ways to reinforce safety concepts and aid students with practical implementation.

This past week, each of the Bruriah teachers participated in a training program for Lightspeed, a technology system that is being implemented across the disciplines and grade levels. Lightspeed enables teachers to monitor their students’ activities on the school Chromebooks, thereby maximizing both the teaching and learning environment while simultaneously empowering the students to set healthy digital boundaries for themselves.
