Last week’s Hurricane Elsa made for lots of dramatic excitement at Camp Gan Israel Tenafly’s older division at Alpine Scout Camp. On Thursday and Friday the camp had to pivot to indoor activities due to rainy weather. The campers took advantage of the indoor basketball court at Chabad of Tenafly and also went to Lodi Lanes for a fun bowling excursion. The campers also enjoyed lots of relay races and indoor contests, and on Tuesday had a delicious surprise when an ice cream truck came to camp!
