To infuse meaning and build a sense of Ahavas Yisroel into the Nine Days, Camp Summer Playland partnered with Yad Leah to dress-up Israel’s needy. As campers ran through the race course, being sprayed with colorful powder on their specially designed race T-shirt, they were not only having fun, but bringing joy and dignity to thousands of Israeli families at the same time. Beyond the sheer fun of the event, the campers came together to make a meaningful impact  donating over 250 towels and swimwear and raising over $6,000 to send clothing for Yom Tov to families in Israel.
