As Carly’z Craze approaches its 10-year anniversary, we celebrate our journey. Our original tiny, packed “miracle” store at 398 Cedar Lane mainly sold everyday basics and a smattering of fashion items. To be able to create this store with Wendy Borodkin was truly a miracle in my life. By our second year, we realized that we needed more space, which led us to the current location and another miraculous beginning. The landmark clothing store, “Simply the Best” was leaving its location at the center of Cedar Lane. Wendy’s business expertise and my garment industry background, combined with hard-earned bank support; the belief and kindness of our landlord, Carl Mellone (RIP); and faith all contributed to moving Carly’z Craze into 472 Cedar Lane and growing into the tremendous fashion source it is today. This was a giant step for womankind!

Dressing modestly means different things to different people. Fashion and style is unique to the individual. We at Carly’z Craze thrive on mixing and matching fashion with the style needs of our customers. We strive to be friendly and helpful so that shoppers of all ages feel comfortable and cared for. We are grateful for the regulars, the browsers, the out-of-towners, the newbies and the passersby and drop-ins. Carly’z Craze is proud to be a fashion influence in Teaneck.
