Carmei Gat, Israel: The New Affordable Anglo Community

(Courtesy of Tivuch Shelly) An up-and-coming new neighborhood is being built in the northern part of Kiryat Gat. Carmei Gat is only 35-40 minutes from Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, so you can live here and work anywhere. The Carmei Gat project will include 10,000 units including two- to four-bedroom apartments, duplexes and single-family homes.

The area has all the community services one would need, such as parks, schools, religious communal life, shopping, restaurants and medical facilities. Add in the two new major shopping centers that are in the process of being built, and you have all the conveniences you need and more. Kiryat Gat, only a few minutes away, already has multiple shopping centers with supermarkets, clothing stores, restaurants, gas stations, bakeries and more.

Where Is Kiryat Gat?

Kiryat Gat is the exact geographical center of the country in an affordable, centrally located area. It is almost equidistant to Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Beer Sheva: only 30-40 miles to each. The Kiryat Gat train travels to Tel Aviv and Beer Sheva, with connections to Jerusalem. Trains run one to two times an hour throughout the day and later evening service to Ben Gurion Airport as well. Kiryat Gat is situated between two major highways, Highway 40 and Highway 6.

Anglos are flocking to this area, and it already has a thriving Anglo shul and schools for its growing shomer Shabbat community.

The government is strongly invested in Carmei Gat, therefore the infrastructure will move along quickly. In addition, our builder is a major force throughout the country known for high-quality construction. They are bringing their superior standards to this affordable project in Carmei Gat.

Currently, many Anglo families are living in this welcoming, active and vibrant community with numbers growing daily.
