This week, the JEC family came together for a transformative day of learning when CCSA, a project of OHEL, visited to discuss the dangers of substance abuse and addiction. The day was thoughtfully organized to engage both students and parents—students participated in a series of interactive sessions with the CCSA team, gaining practical insights into these critical issues, while 10th grade parents joined a specialized session designed to elevate their awareness and equip them with the tools needed for important conversations with the boys. This collaborative effort not only deepened the community’s understanding of substance abuse but also strengthened the collective commitment to the well-being of the students.
