Join Chabad of Montclair on Purim evening, Saturday, March 11, at 9:30 p.m., at Just Jake’s, located at 30 S. Park Street in Montclair, for a Purim night after-party. Participate in the mitzvah of making a l’chaim, along with kosher munchies. Enjoy a special megillah reading along with hora dancing. RSVP is not necessary.
The next day, Sunday, March 12, at 4:30 p.m., Chabad of Montclair again invites the community to celebrate and enjoy Purim, this time in the Persian Palace. Come dressed for a royal ball and listen to the megillah reading, enjoy a royal Persian Purim feast, as well as a fire juggler, court jester, masquerade contest, music and dancing.
This event will be held at the Women’s Club of Upper Montclair, located at 200 Cooper Avenue in Montclair. Admission is $20 per adult and $12 per child, with sponsorship opportunities available, including a gragger sponsor for $180 and a megillah sponsor for $360.
