About 100 people attended a vigil for Israel held at Chabad House of Monroe on Oct. 9, including state Senate Assistant Majority Leader Linda Greenstein (D-14), Monroe Mayor Stephen Dalina, Council President Miriam Cohen and Councilwoman Rupa Siegel.
