Preschool children at Lubavitch on the Palisades Preschool celebrated Tu b’Shevat with so many special activities. Leading up to the holiday, the children delved into a unit about trees, plants, fruits and vegetables and learned all about brachot and where food comes from. Each child had the chance to plant their own miniature trees. A day of celebration on Tu B’Shevat included making birthday crowns, a yoga activity re-enacting the life of a tree, making fruit kabobs, special interactive story experiences and so much more.
