Nursery students at Lubavitch on the Palisades Preschool had a week that was out of this world! They learned that Avraham received a bracha that his children would be as many as the stars in the sky. This bracha was a fabulous springboard to teach children all about stars and planets. Children loved painting planets, collaging a sun, creating a class planetarium and doing experiments to simulate a rocket launch. Other highlights of the week’s activities included creating a rocket ship for the children to play in and another rocket ship for the class pet so they could practice counting down and blasting off to outer space.
