Preschoolers at Lubavitch on the Palisades had a great start to their school year. They were already busy learning about Rosh Hashanah and creating honey dishes. The song “Dip the apple in the honey” can be heard all through the halls of the school. Children have been busy tasting, voting and graphing their favorite color apples, dipping them in honey and learning about bees. They read the book “Ten Apples Up On Top” by Dr. Seuss and measured their height using apples.
