Chabad of Tenafly Preschoolers ‘Visit’ China

Lubavitch on the Palisades pre-K students continued their countries’ tour with a virtual visit to China. Children made special hats that are worn in many Asian countries and lanterns similar to the ones that originated in China.

Children snacked on chow-mein noodles and played a popular Chinese game called “Catch the Dragon’s Tail.” They learned about the famous Great Wall of China, which is over 2,000 years old. Children then created their own “Great Wall of Friendship” and wrote about being a good friend or drew a picture of themselves with a friend. The children then attached their work to the classroom wall.
