On Tuesday, August 15, Chabad of West Orange gathered to celebrate the installation a new aron, bima, amud and ner tamid with an evening of festivities, champagne toasts, delectable desserts and inspiring words.

The aron was dedicated by Jed Katz in memory of his grandparents, Joseph and Ruth Katz, and in honor of Rabbi Moshe Herson. The bima was dedicated by Marsha and Marvin Frank in honor of their 57th wedding anniversary. The chazzan’s amud was dedicated by the Sragow family in memory of Joseph David Newhouse. The ner tamid was dedicated by Marcia and Elihu Feldman in honor of Bernard and Natalie Weiss.
