Lynne Edris, ACG, a productivity and ADHD coach, will present “The Keys to Consistent Productivity for ADHD Adults” as part of CHADD of Bergen County’s Expert Speaker Series on Monday, Jan. 9 at 8 p.m. The program will take place on Zoom.

For more than a decade, Edris has helped ADDers learn to stay focused, organized and consistently follow through. The community is invited to join Edris, who teaches practical strategies to make sure that the important things in life and business get the time and attention they deserve without exhausting oneself, so that people have more time, more energy and more bandwidth for what really matters most to each individual.
