Ingredients:
- Ciabatta bread, thinly sliced
- Tnuva Cow’s Milk Feta or Sheep’s Milk Feta Cheese
- Cherry Tomatoes, halved + bundle of fresh basil
- Honey
- Olive oil
- Sea salt, according to taste
- Black pepper, according to taste
Preparation:
- Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Brush the slices of ciabatta bread with olive oil and place into the racks. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Slice the feta cheese into thick slices and place onto the toasted bread.
- Gently top the feta slices with two tomato halves and a couple basil leaves. Drizzle with a little honey and add salt and pepper, according to taste.
