Cheder Yaldei Menachem celebrated the Lubavitcher Rebbes’ leadership this week. Through visuals, song and dance they absorbed his notable mission to permeate our mundane world with holiness, transforming it into a beautiful welcoming garden for Hashem. The children were empowered with this important role. They learned how to infuse their daily objects and actions with Hashem’s special light, by using them for mitzvos. To conceptualize this lofty idea in a visual way, the school designed a sparkle sensory bottle with golden crowns inside. The top was covered with clouds and the bottom with grass and flowers. When telling of their special mitzvos they see Hashem’s crowns softly floating down to the bottom resting proudly in His beautiful garden. Each child brought home a farbrengen bag, encouraging them to share this message with friends and family. Yes, Cheder Yaldei Menachem is bringing heaven down to earth.
