We have been informed by those who have been working on school vouchers for many years that they have finally succeeded in having a bill sponsored in Congress that can serve as a model and trailblazer for all 50 states. Although the bill only provides school vouchers in the District of Columbia, which comes directly under the jurisdiction of Congress, it provides all Americans the opportunity to use their influence at this critical time, when school choice has become a leading national issue.

Every voter in every state can directly influence their representatives by calling 202-224-3121 and explaining the critical importance of signing onto the Education Freedom Accounts Act (S.2455/H.R.4426). Parental choice in education is not only consistent with the Constitution, which requires Congress to “secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity,” the many successful pilot programs across the country provide positive proof that school choice improves both the quality and efficiency of education. It is the only way to hold educators accountable to parents, who are primarily responsible for raising and educating their children.

We now have the incredible opportunity to provide both material and spiritual help for every child and family in the country. It is our heartfelt request that everyone take part in this great opportunity to bring blessings to all Americans, by improving educational opportunities for all America’s children.
