The beginning of Adar ushered in Ma’ayanot’s annual color war! The theme of this year’s color war was Shemitah, and each of the four teams derived its name from one of four aspects of shemitah, including Emunah/Trust, Menucha/Rest, Kedusha/Holiness, and Tzedek/Justice. Through the creation of videos, divrei Torah, cheers and projects, teams explored these diverse yet complementary aspects of Shemitah and learned how these themes impact our daily lives, especially in Eretz Yisrael.
