In conjunction with programming events planned for Shabbat, Beth Aaron will be sponsoring a fundraising Kiddush for the Friends of the Israel Defense Forces

In his talk, he will tell the inside story of last summer’s war with a focus

on the role which lone soldiers played. He will also address the phenomenon

of Israeli haredim who are lone soldiers, along with his vision for

improving the conditions for the Lone Soldiers before, during, and after service.

Harry Ettlinger , the last surviving of the Monuments Men, one of the elite volunteers who were charged with recovering lost masterpieces that were stolen by the Nazis during the Second World War.
