On Shabbat, June 27, 2015, Rinat Yisrael Adult Education presents Rabbi

Yitzchak Eshalom, YULA High Schools addressing: “ Listen You Rebels” –

Moshe’s “Sin” Revisited. This lecture provides a fresh take on a most

fascinating chapter in Moshe’s life. Using contextual and textual clues,

it will lead attendees  to a deeper understanding of why Moshe was deprived of his role as leader of the Children of Israel. Rabbi Yitzchak Etshalom has been a dynamic and exciting educator in the Los Angeles community since 1985. He attended Yeshivat Kerem Beyavneh, Yeshivat

Har Etzion and Yeshiva University and received smicha from the Jerusalem

Rabbinate. He is Chairman of Bible and Director of Judaic Studies at YULA

High Schools. Rabbi Etshalom is an accomplished songwriter, story teller

and radio host and has produced recordings of his own original stories and

music. His two volume book, “Between the Lines of the Bible” has garnered

much critical acclaim. In addition, his Talmud and Tanach podcasts of Daf

Yomi and Navi recorded at the Young Israel of Century City have attracted

an international following.
