(Courtesy of Ma’ayanot) Do you say the Refrigerator Prayer? You know the one. You arrive home. Your family is hungry. Your mind draws a blank. So you say the Refrigerator Prayer: “Please, God, let there be something nutritious and delicious in my refrigerator for dinner.”
Either you have a very close connection with the God of Meal Prep, or you need help. Ma’ayanot Yeshiva High School has you covered with a two-part class with nutrition teacher Coach Gila Guzman. The first session, “Meal Prep 101: How to Plan and Organize Your Meals,” will be held at a private home on Monday evening, February 11. Coach Gila will teach her signature meal prep system to help you get organized with shopping, planning, prepping and cooking.
For Part Two, “Meal Prep 102: Cooking Weeknight Dinner,” coming up on Monday evening, March 25, Coach Gila will simplify weeknight cooking and share 30 family-friendly dinner ideas.
