Over the last two weeks, a suspicious person has visited several Jewish institutions. He began in the midwest and has slowly made his way east. Last Shabbat he was seen in Elkins Park, PA, outside of Philadelphia, and this past week he was seen in Warren, NJ, and on Route 4 in Englewood, NJ. At some institutions he has interacted with staff members, at other locations he has walked up to the building and filmed the buildings (or portions thereof). There are no reports that he has been confrontational during any of these visits.

Law enforcement is aware of his behavior and is on the lookout for him.

This individual is:

* Medium height, approximately 135 lbs.

* Approximately 50 years old

* Light skinned, possibly of Asian descent

* Gray/black hair

* Wispy beard/mustache

Vehicle Description: The individual was driving a late model dark blue sedan, California license plate 7PUC437. The vehicle has several paragraphs of white writing wrapped around it (photo on right). The entire rear bumper of the vehicle is emblazoned with “Targeted Individual.”

If you see him, law enforcement advises that you call 911 immediately and do not approach him.
