(Courtesy of JFSCNJ) Our sincere thanks to the leadership, members and their families of Congregation Israel of Springfield for donating, packing and delivering over 100 mishloach manot, which were distributed to Holocaust survivors and to recipients of the Tomchei Shabbos- Shabbat Package Program of JFSCNJ. Eighteen families from Congregation Israel took part in this special volunteer opportunity spearheaded by Rivka and Seth Huttel, which also included visiting and entertaining the residents of Daughters of Israel Nursing Facility in West Orange.
