This Shabbat, June 23, Rabbi Hanoch Teller will be the scholar-in-residence at Congregation Beth Aaron. At 5:00 p.m., Rabbi Teller will discuss “Honorable Mentschen: A Primer for Derech Eretz, the Bible’s Most Famous (and Least Understood) Commandment.” At 7:05 p.m., his topic will be “Adversity Buster: The Life and Times of Rav Nosson Zvi Finkel, zt”l, of Mir.” Between Mincha and Maariv, he will offer a shiur, “To Dream the Impossible Scheme: The Founding of Israel’s Most Improbable Community.”
