The evening will feature Health Coach Gila Guzman and Nurse Kimberly Schamroth, an RN specializing in fertility, discussing the importance of hormones and how they impact every aspect of our lives.
Coach Gila’s presentation will include a deep dive into the types of food and lifestyle choices that are best for hormonal health. Food choices, lifestyle habits and routines have a direct impact on hormonal health.
Nurse Schamroth will be focusing on how hormones affect reproductive health and the importance of hormonal balance.
This free event is sponsored by Keter Torah’s sisterhood, ATARA. All women are welcome to attend; registration is required. Attendees will receive a handout with additional information.

Coach Gila Guzman, JD CINHC is known for her private and group nutrition coaching programs.
