The following article was written by middle school girls, members of the Givers Club at the Cross River SINAI School@RYNJ, about their clothing drive for Yad Leah.

The Givers Club at SINAI/RYNJ had a clothing drive for Yad Leah. Yad Leah is an amazing organization that sends clothing to people in need in Israel. First, we made colorful flyers so that everyone at RYNJ would know all the details. Next, we placed boxes around the school to collect the clothes. Last, we collected the clothing from the boxes and our classroom was full of clothes!

After the very successful clothing drive, we drove to the Yad Leah warehouse in Passaic. When we arrived, we got a tour from a volunteer named Mrs. Adams. Then, we sorted clothes into bins for girls, women, men and boys. After we were done, we went out for pizza which was delicious. Although it was hard work, we felt good afterwards.
