Daniel and Daniella Seligsohn of Englewood welcomed a new baby boy on July 12. Benjamin Baer (Baer Yechezkel) has a big brother, Max, and a big sister, Livia. Grandparents are Ruby and Bobby Kaplan of Teaneck and Sandy and Jerry Seligsohn of Scarsdale, New York. The name Baer is from his great-grandfather, Bobby’s father, Baer Kaplan. Baer was a gabbai in the Young Israel of the Lower East Side. He owned a kosher butcher shop in Parksville, New York, and worked on the Erie Lackawanna Railroad.
