  • 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1-2 tbsp tapioca or cornstarch, for dusting

For glaze

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-3 tsp milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly dust your work surface with tapioca or cornstarch and roll out the puff pastry sheet to make it slightly thinner.
  3. Mix the softened Nutella with coconut oil and spread evenly over the entire surface of the puff pastry.
  4. Cut out dreidel shapes using a cookie cutter until the whole sheet is cut out.
  5. Place the pastries on your parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 18 minutes until puffy and golden, and set aside to cool.
  7. Make the powdered sugar glaze by mixing the sugar and milk together.
  8. Place the glaze in a small Ziplock or piping bag and snip a small piece off the end.
  9. When the pastries are cool, pipe a nice zig zag pattern over the dreidels.
  10. Serve warm, and enjoy.
