(Andrew Friedman/TPS) Israeli and foreign officials knew full well that former U.S. President Barack Obama had instructed the Drug Enforcement Administration to reign in operations against Hezbollah in order to facilitate efforts to achieve a nuclear deal with Iran, former Ambassador to the United States Michael Oren told TPS. But he said that economic concerns have prevented most countries on the international stage from listening to Israel’s warnings about Tehran’s drive to develop nuclear weapons.
