I have a humongous problem. I take my dogs, Lovey and Dovey, for walks every day after school and on the weekends, and this summer I am going to sleepaway camp for a whole month. I understand how important my responsibility to my dogs is, but I am going away. What should l do?

Dear Puppy Problems,

I pity poor Lovey and Dovey and I also pity you. Don’t worry too much though because many kids have the same exact problem. You can ask your parents to walk your cute fur siblings, but they will probably be too tired from work. You can ask your siblings, but they will probably have their own things to deal with. It wouldn’t be nice to give your chores to other family members who also have important stuff to do. I think the best solutions would be to hire a dog walker while you’re away. The only problem would be where to find one.

Wait! I know someone very experienced, trustworthy and available…me.

I am available to walk your dog (and anyone else’s) this summer during evenings and weekends.
