Dor L’Dor to Present Van Gogh Talk

Join Dor L’Dor for an in-person indoor Lunch & Learn on Tuesday, June 22 at 12:15 p.m., on the topic of “Vincent Van Gogh: The Man and His Art.”

The group is pleased to once again present Sheryl Intrator Urman—artist, curator and art lecturer —who will give an in-depth view of Dutch post-impressionist Vincent Van Gogh. Learn about his troubled, tumultuous life and how he posthumously became one of the most famous and influential figures in the history of Western art.

Urman’s slide show and discussion of many of his works will fully prepare you for the upcoming immersive Van Gogh exhibition in New York. Learn about how technology is changing the art world and the format of exhibitions.

The program will take place indoors at Congregation Ahavath Torah, 240 Broad Avenue, Englewood. Participation is limited to those who are fully vaccinated.

Cost: $25 per person. RSVP and prepayment required.

Register for event at [email protected] or call Eileen at 201-921-0630.
