The fourth and fifth grade students were so fortunate to hear Dr. Aviva Goldstein present on social media and “My Social World IRL.” Dr. Goldstein spent the day at Moriah working with children to facilitate discussions about their relationship with technology. The day culminated in the students developing communal norms for their own grade that describe what they consider to be healthy usage of technology. That evening the students and their families returned to school for a special presentation at which Dr. Goldstein and the students shared the work done during the day to parents.
