Eitan Rosenfeld has joined the team at Keller Williams Realty. Rosenfeld, who previously worked for the Wein Agency in Teaneck, describes the culture at KW as unique and unparalleled. “At KW everyone is on the same team helping one another succeed,” he said. “Agents are treated like partners working toward a common goal, a mindset that creates a real incentive to share ideas.”
Rosenfeld joined KW not long before the pandemic struck. With sales normally relying on in-person interaction between the buyer and seller, COVID-19 forced agents to acquire new tactics to get the job done. Rosenfeld said the company provided guidance and resources throughout the lockdown to help navigate the shifting market. “There were daily Zoom calls and training sessions that taught us how to pivot during this challenging time.”
At KW, agents can enroll in a coaching program that covers everything from developing listings, phone etiquette and presentation pointers. Rosenfeld incorporated many new techniques into his business model and is reporting his highest sales to date. “Without the training at KW, I wouldn’t be where I am today,” he said. “In just one year’s time I have expanded my network immeasurably.”
Rosenfeld has always been driven by sales. “I’m not the type of person who enjoys sitting at a desk all day,” he said. “I like interacting with people and especially appreciate the opportunity to help someone buy or sell a property.” Understanding that this could possibly be one of the biggest decisions of a person’s life, Rosenfeld takes it very seriously and assists clients throughout the process.
Technology resources, coupled with excellent customer service, are additional examples of support that KW offers agents and their clients that Rosenfeld has yet to see elsewhere. It’s not just about the sale, explained Rosenfeld. As an agent, he has a catalog of service providers, including mortgage brokers, attorneys and design specialists, who help to make the transaction as successful and seamless as possible.
Born and raised in Teaneck, Rosenfeld knows the town through and through and understands the lay of the land. His main focus is Bergen County but he is happy to work with prospective clients in surrounding areas as well. “I can bring my real estate expertise to any community, but I feel particularly dedicated to helping people in my hometown,” he said.
