On Saturday night, November 15th, the EMUNAH Circle of Life Benefit Dinner, which was held at the Sheraton New York Hotel, presented the Presidential Leadership Award to Teaneck residents Shaindy and Daniel Brothman, Amy and Daniel Gibber, and Felicia and Steven Hoenig. They were recognized for their efforts on behalf of EMUNAH’s children and families in Israel. All three women serve as Co-Presidents of the local Libby Kolb Chapter of EMUNAH.
The dinner also provided an opportunity to pay tribute to Shari and David Shapiro from Lawrence, NY, and honored the memory of a beloved past National President, Gladys Baruch, a’’h. Lisa and David Zaslowsky from Cedarhurst served as the Dinner Chairmen.
The event celebrated EMUNAH’s accomplishments in Israel, as the organization continues to be a leader in providing outstanding social welfare, educational, cultural and humanitarian services to every segment of Israeli society, spanning the entire circle of life.
