The Libby Kolb Chapter of Emunah Women is hosting its annual Shabbat Tea on November 1. They will honor local Bergen County heroes who have served and are serving in the IDF or performing Sherut Leumi in Israel. The guest speaker will be Sgt. Benjamin Anthony (IDF Reserve) who will present “From the Front Lines of Combat to the Campus Battles of North America–A Journey.” Sgt. Anthony is a founder of Our Soldiers Speak, a not-for-profit organization that shares the facts about Israel’s soldiers from the front lines of military service with campuses and communities throughout the U.S.

The event will be held at Congregation Rinat Yisrael at 3:45 p.m. Monies raised will benefit Adopt a Soldier b’Emuna, a fund established to help support graduates from EMUNAH residential homes who are serving in the army.
