The Graf Center for Integrative Medicine at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center is offering an eight-session smoking cessation program beginning Tuesday, January 9. Led by a licensed clinical social worker, who is certified through the American Lung Association Freedom from Smoking Program®, the group program will teach individuals strategies that can help a person commit to quitting smoking; also included is guided meditation and acupuncture. The sessions will run through February 20 and all sessions will take place from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
The cost is $20 per session, or $100 if all are purchased up front. Pre-registration is required. Call 201-608-2377.
